By placing an order with kaylees.nailboutique, you agree to the following terms and policies.

All press-on nail sets are handmade with care. Because each set is handmade, slight variations may occur, and the finished product may not be completely identical to inspiration photos or previous sets.

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing clear sizing photos using the sizing method provided by kaylees.nailboutique. Nail sizes will be determined by kaylees.nailboutique based on the sizing photos submitted. Customers are responsible for following the sizing photo instructions carefully to help ensure the most accurate fit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design preferences and communicating any specific requests before production begins.

Full payment is required before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed unless otherwise approved.

Processing time is approximately 5–10 business days and does not include shipping time. Shipping is a flat rate of $8, and kaylees.nailboutique currently ships within the United States only.

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, or differences between device screens.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your design preferences and order details and agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
