Return & Refund Policy ♡
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal wear after use.

Please make sure your nail measurements and order details are correct before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right. ♡

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Because each set is handmade, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes each set unique.

Payment & Production ♡
Production will not begin until full payment has been received. Once payment is received and production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
