♡ KAYLEE’S NAIL BOUTIQUE POLICIES ♡

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Each set is handmade with care, so please read through my policies before placing your order. 🎀

♡ PROCESSING TIME
All handmade orders have a processing time of 5–10 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific date or event.

♡ SHIPPING
Shipping is a flat rate of $8. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is separate from my processing time. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

♡ SIZING
Please follow my Sizing Guide ♡ carefully. Accurate sizing is important for the best fit. I personally determine your nail sizes using the sizing photos you provide, so please make sure your photos are clear and follow the instructions provided.

♡ HANDMADE SETS
Every set is handmade and hand-painted, which means there may be tiny differences between your set and an inspiration/reference photo. That’s part of what makes every set unique! ♡

♡ CUSTOM DESIGNS
Inspiration photos are always welcome! I will communicate with you about your design before making your set to make sure we’re on the same page. Some designs may need to be adjusted depending on the charms, colors, or supplies I have available.

♡ CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to change something about your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I have started making your set, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

♡ RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each nail set is handmade and/or prepared specifically for the customer, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing or change of mind. If there is an issue with your order caused by an error on my end, please contact me so I can help make it right. ♡

♡ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the package and your order as soon as possible. Shipping carrier delays or lost packages will need to be handled on a case-by-case basis.
